My Thank You Page

This is the place I can BIG up my supporters. Every single one of you that has helped me prepare, pay, fundraise for this adventure.

MY DAD, Bob Taylor, my absolute hero. I can’t even begin to tell you all how amazing this man is. Without his  help and support this adventure would not have even got off the ground. Thank you Dad. I love you all the way around the World and back. Your love of the ocean and all things ‘boaty’ has certainly rubbed off. I am going to make you proud Dad. Love Squibbs XXXX

DARREN, without your support and encouragement to believe in my self, I don’t think I would have given myself permission to bugger off around the world for 11 months. I love you and can’t really believe how lucky I am to have you in my life. We make a great team, but we know that 🙂 Love  you  Heather XXXX

To you guys who have supported me with donations towards my kit, without you guys I would have been one cold and wet, uninsured, sailing novice. I need to actually get around the world to achieve my charity fundraising goals.

The fantastic Andy Lee who is my new mentor and all round good guy. Old school friend and extremely successful record producer Love to Infinity Records and filmmaker.   Cheadle Hulme School was something truly special that even after 35 years the bonds that tie us Old Wacs together are unbreakable.

Tina  and Mike Taylor who after my shout out to buy an iPad mini on Facebook have given me their nearly new one. Amazing thank you both, this will help me write my blog  and record my adventure. The benefits of the extended Taylor family !! xxx

ALEX AND MEGAN I love you both and I know sometimes you think I am off my rocker and you are both probably right. If you were not such wonderful, well adjusted young women I would not feel able to bugger off and leave you for a year.

A great BIG thank you to Media Dave AKA Adam Cunnington, My watch buddy on level 2 and a great guy. Loved every minute of our sailing time together. Without Adam my picture library for level 2 would not be anywhere near so diverse. We had a ball, highs and lows ( thinking about that 3am moment where we both had a very real reminder of what we had eaten for our dinner!) Thank you Adam, you will always be my Media Dave x

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!  You have saved the day with the amazing offer to frame Dame Sarah Storey’s Cycling skins in time for The ECH Winter Ball. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Please take a look at their website to find out more. I originally met Simon in the 80s when our family company manufactured Joe Bloggs jeans and the panels were printed in Adelphi Mill in the unit next door to Art Graphics. Bet you don’t remember that Simon? Anyway today he and Frances are my Local Heroes.

Sarah and Barney Storey who must be the most driven and hardworking people I have met on this journey. They both have made the time to share, help, advise and support. Sarah is my new Instagram, Twitter, FB Guru and with her help I will plan and organise my story to deliver a great story and smash my fundraising target.

Huge Thank You to Ian and Steph and the team at Pinches Life in Macclesfield for their support not only for me personally but for their ongoing support for East Cheshire Hospice. Pinches Medical are enabling me to host a evening drinks and canapés event to raise much needed funds for the Hospice.

Thank you to The Caravanettes choir for raising £225 at their fund raising concert last night under the leadership of the brilliant Toby Hinson. The uplifting choir always put on a fantastic show, and I’m so pleased their chosen charity is ECH. They’ve raised over £500 for the charity at concerts, performances at Treacle and school fairs. If you fancy joining a fun ladies choir you don’t need to audition or have any experience of being in a choir  – drop them an email on caravanettes@outlook.com or visit their website www.thecaravanettes.co.uk
